It’s finally Friday and I am so excited for the weekend ahead, but first, what are you up to this weekend? Around here we’re celebrating a big birthday for my husband, so there will be lots of cake eating and eating in general, beer drinking, and fun. I’ve always loved birthdays and I enjoy making them extra special for the people I love. His birthday isn’t until Monday, so look out for a special birthday recipe I’ve created using his very favorite ingredient. There won’t be a lot of cooking going on around here, although I am planning on making my favorite hummus recipe.
