What are your plans this weekend, friends? Other than a visit to my father-in-law’s we have a planless weekend ahead of us.  Planless is good and hopefully relaxing. We’ve been trying to stay in on Friday night’s to save money, so I try to make a yummy dinner and plan something fun. Tonight we’re roasting artichoke hearts and I’m making pizza using my favorite pizza dough recipe from Bread Toast Crumbs. Hurricane Florence should bring rain here on Sunday, which we are in need of. If you’re on the east coast or near to it, stay safe.
