Hello, Friday- the countdown to the weekend  is here. As of yesterday, it is now officially summer. Of course for those of us who have been dealing with temperatures in the 90’s for a few weeks now, it makes little difference. Despite the heat, I’d be willing to stand over a hot pot of oil for one of Joy’s fried blueberry hand pies I link to below. I hope your weekend is enjoyed with a cold beverage in hand!
